Cylindrical Grinding

Cylindrical grinding provides excellent accuracy as well as a great surface finish, making it a standard requirement for high accuracy parts that call for very close tolerance and good finish in terms of Ra and Rz values.

At Gujarat Electroplaters we have a state-of-the-art grinding setup with several cylindrical grinding machines as well as a hydraulic press with a capacity of 200 metric tonnes to meet any straightening needs.

We offer precision grinding services with the following geometric tolerances:

Concentricity (Run-out): Within 5 microns

Parallelism: Within 5 microns

We have the facilities to provide grinding services for cylindrical rolls measuring up to 630 x 6000 mm., with a weight up to 5000 kg (5 tonnes), and grind rollers, pistons, spindles, and shafts for several applications across various industries.
